Hi! I'm Rachel Hogue, the owner of this incredible gym! My dreams came true when I bought this gym in 2019 and I haven't looked back. I love helping people meet their goals, sculpt their bodies, and live a healthy (and happy) life. I want every single person who comes into my gym to feel welcomed, cared for, and accepted. Julie is a certified personal trainer who teaches some of our best attended classes! She'll make you sweat more than you even thought possible. Julie is also a cycling enthusiast. Her idea of a fun weekend is to ride 20-30 miles and then go for a hike at Mt. Nebo.
Peggy Kerin has been in the fitness industry since 2014. As a retired Registered Nurse she enjoys the health benefits of exercise and loves assisting others to improve their health and enjoy becoming more active with movement. She is certified through AFAA as a Group Fitness Instructor and a Personal Fitness Trainer. She is certified in Silver Sneakers, SCW Active Aging, Barre Above, Pilates, Pilates Based Postural Assessment, Pilates Matwork, SCW Meditation Certification, and several other programs. She also enjoys teaching Restorative Stretch.
Marsha is certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America as a Group Fitness Instructor (2006) and Personal Trainer (2013). She also has certifications from Silver Sneakers and P90x as a Group Instructor. Marsha enjoys teaching senior fitness, P90x, and classes that focus on strength training. Marsha is both versatile and innovative in designing workouts. She trains clients of all ages. Marsha excels at running and has quite a few full and half marathons under her belt. She qualified for and ran the Boston Marathon. She is a bundle of energy and knowledge and would enjoy sharing it with you.
Krista is a wife, mother of 3 boys, and fitness instructor. She has her Bachelor’s degree in communications and is certified in AFAA group fitness, Zumba, Silver sneakers, and CPR. She has been teaching for 12 years and her favorite classes to teach are Zumba, dance fitness, and Pilates!
Hillary Moreland is a AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer. She has worked over 8 years in the fitness industry in the River Valley. Hillary enjoys working with people of all ages and fitness levels. Her favorite classes to teach are ones that combine both strength training and sculpting moves along with some cardio intervals. Hillary loves the mood boosting and wellness benefits of a great workout and loves sharing that with our fitness community.
Danya Johnson has been a group instructor since 2006. She helped establish Sole2Soul and loves being a part of this community. She loves teaching high intensity classes, mostly involving a step. When she is not working out in the studio, she enjoys cycling and running on both the road and the trail, and regularly competes in local races or triathlons.
Lacy received her RYT200 with Big Rock Yoga in July 2020. She is new to teaching yoga but has been a passionate yogi for almost a decade. She loves teaching and practicing Hot Yoga, and enjoy the restorative yoga practice, as well.
Jessica has been an Ace certified personal trainer since 2004. She is a CrossFit level 2 coach (also CF certified in Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, endurance, and mobility). She is an AFAA group fitness instructor and has her Bachelors degree in wellness science program Management from Arkansas Tech University. Her favorite classes to teach are weightlifting, HIIT, and Pilates.
