We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes so you can find exactly what fits you and your style.
The following classes are always available, but each month we have new ideas on rotation. Look through the descriptions below to find your new favorite class!
Cardio Pilates & Pump
A fusion class that will raise your heart rate while lengthening & toning your muscles. This class incorporates super bands for resistance and fun. This class is also fantastic for balance improvement!
Sign up to reserve a step! However, class can be done without one.
Join us in a restorative sequence to relax your body and calm your mind.
HIIT & Strength
Come get your sweat on with this high intensity class! You will be lead you through exercises to get you strong and increase your VO2 max. Don’t worry, there are modifications for different levels.
Chair Pilates & Yoga
This gentle class will help improve balance, posture and tone while using a chair for support. We will end with a restorative stretch (also chair based) to help you reset & release.
Tribe Vibes Yoga
If you loved BUTI yoga, this class is for you! A party-type atmosphere with yoga & tribal inspired movements. You will work muscles you forgot you had while having a blast.
Looking for a solid & upbeat strength training program? Here ya go! You will use dumbbells and body weight moves to get you the shred and definition you are looking for.

Lookout Russellville, you will be lead through a full body functional workout that incorporates sports psychology. Safe and smart barefoot training methods to help correct imbalances in ankles, knees, and hips.
Looking for an even deeper stretch? Try out our newest class! This class will be held in the little studio with the temperatures cranked to 80 degrees while we connect our breath with our movement.
